Hey, I’m Cynthia.
I’m the creator behind Core Rooted Fitness. My path hasn’t been linear, from chronic back pain and ankle sprains to navigating perimenopause, but movement has always been my anchor. Weightlifting taught me effort, martial arts taught me discipline, and Pilates taught me alignment, shaping my blend of strength, mobility, and nervous-system awareness. After nearly a decade of teaching and working through my own pain, my purpose is to help you reconnect with your body, trust your strength, and find ease in movement.
